Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa

It is the biggest hotel in Arrecife just 10 minutes distance from the airport and in the nearby from Castillo San Gabriel. We lived on the 14th floor, city view, and enjoyed quite a stunning view of Arrecife. The facilities were up to date and the stuff very welcoming and friendly. On our arrival, even we surpassed dinner they arranged some tasty snacks to be delivered to our room, all without extra price. We had even a nice surprise awaiting in the room on my birthday with champagne, a little cake and birthday card, which was very pleasant. The food in the restaurant was quite diverse and everyone could find something for his/her taste.

The first thing getting in to the main lobby and not seen ordinary reception desk, but a receptionist behind the modern table offering us to have a seat into the armchairs and having coffee or glass of wine. Amazing welcome! Nice size room with the sea view. Comfortable and nicely equipped. Lovely buffet breakfast. Very relaxing and effective SPA. And the main thing is, they noticed that it was my birthday and congratulated me with a bottle of champagne and a cake left in the room. Such a thoughtful surprize. They made my day!

Excellent staff in all departments Alex in reception was extremely helpful on arrival and during our 12 night stay. Breakfast was excellent large chose both hot and cold food with very friendly waiting staff. Indoor pool with large seating area to relax and spa ( pay extra ) was well worth the 25 euros. We give the hotel 5 stars our stay in room 1102 with sea view and the large king size bed was excellent, tea/coffee and fridge in room with safe for valuables plus large tv with English channels.

Breakfast and dinner were both excelent with lots of choices. Room 701, the veiws are out of this world!!!!

Breakfast is super nice, chef cooked omlette with your chosen ingredients and prosecco on the ready. And everything else you'd expect. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and well maintained, the bed was comfy. Pool area is super fun to hang out in, though there should be more loungers. Spa was amazing, tried the spa and the massage.
